The botanical eye pillow can be used at room temperature for a relaxing experience or gently heated in the microwave to relieve dry eyes. It can also be chilled in the freezer to soothe tired and puffy eyes. You can also combine it with a heating pad on top. No matter how you use your eye pillow, you will feel the benefits of its fragrance and acupressure. Lie down comfortably and gently place it over closed eyes. To use warm: Heat in microwave for 20 seconds, then in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat. To use cold: Place in the freezer for a couple of hours before use.
