Light the Sahumiton with a match, candle or lighter and allow the smoke to take over an object or an entire space by making undulating motions along walls, ceilings and floors or let burn still in a fireproof dish. If you wish to cleanse a person of low vibrations or overload of energies, you move the incense bundle along the contours of the body from head to toe. Allow the smoke to envelop your entire energy body and being. The incense bundle can be extinguished and re-ignited and burns for approximately 2 hours.
