How long will it take before I receive my package?

We send the vast majority of packages within 1-2 days directly to your mailbox via 1st-class registered letter from Postnord. In the vast majority of cases, you as a customer will have your package at home the very next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. You always receive a tracking ID for your delivery in connection with the order being packed from our warehouse. If the package is delayed for some reason, we ask that you first do a search via Postnord's tracking id service, which you can find here

Can I use your products if I have asthma or allergies?

It is highly individual how we react to natural products. It is therefore important to try things out and avoid things that you know can lead to allergic problems or asthma. When it comes to body products, we always recommend doing a small skin test somewhere on the body before fully applying the product. Regarding the incense, you can try lighting the stick for a short while to see how your own body reacts to the natural substances.

Can I have incense burning when my pet is home?

Animals, and especially dogs, have a more developed sense of smell than humans. Many pets also enjoy fragrant incense but always keep an eye out for how your particular pet reacts and always make sure to air for a while before and after you light your incense to let in fresh air.
