We stand behind our products 100% and hope you are more than satisfied with your goods. If for any reason you regret your purchase, you always have 14 days to return an item after receiving delivery. Please see instructions below:
1. Please inform Espíritu Santo that you wish to make a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Include your full name, reason for return and order number in your email. Note that you as the customer are responsible for the return costs.
2. You cannot return a product that has been used or opened.
3. The product must always be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.

As soon as your item is returned undamaged, you will be refunded within 14 days. The fee for returns varies depending on the country of order and package size. For small and medium-sized packages, the following fee applies for returns:
- Sweden: SEK 49
- Europe: €15
Fee for unclaimed package or failed delivery attempt
If you regret it and don't want your order after the package has already been sent from us? You must then pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us as a return. In the case of unclaimed packages, there is a fee for the cost of administration & return that Postnord charges.

You as a customer have the right to complain about a product if it is affected by a manufacturing defect. Contact Espíritu Santo within a reasonable time from the time that errors have been discovered at email@example.com and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item. We review all complaint cases individually and return with information via email shortly.
Check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. In order for goods with visible, external transport damage to be able to be claimed with us, the damage must have been noted on the agent. If you discover hidden faults or transport damage after opening the package, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly. Attach clear pictures of the defect and packaging. In order for us to be able to claim transport damage to the shipping company, we need to report the transport damage within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time.
