FULL MOON RITUAL GUIDE
The full moon is a wonderful time for you to reap the intentions and desires that you sowed at the new moon. The full moon brings the message of letting go of old baggage and life patterns. Yang energy is about completion and closure. If you want to charge your crystals, it is perfect to do it during the full moon. Place your crystals on the windowsill and let them lie there overnight in the moonlight.

1. Start by choosing a quiet and peaceful place where you like to have a view of the moon.

2. Use the Copal smudge stick to cleanse the place and yourself before starting your ritual.

3. Then light the Copal incense along with candles or marshals if you are outdoors.

4. Turn your gaze inward. Focus on your breath and check in with all your senses.

5. Take out your notebook and pen and think at first if there are things, situations, feelings, people or behaviors that you wish to let go of. Write down everything that comes to you on a piece of paper and when you feel you are done, you tear out the page and set the paper on fire. Focus your gaze into the fire.

6. Turn your gaze outward. What are your dreams? How do you want to expand and manifest yourself in this time and place? What do you need more of? Also write this down in your full moon notes and contemplate the burning copal incense and imagine that you are "charging the smoke" with your innermost desires and dreams to manifest in the universal.

7. Thank yourself and the full moon for your time together.
