7 DAY CLEANSING GUIDE
Monday to Sunday! Light a new incense stick each day for a week's purification ritual to cleanse negative energies and create inner harmony and positivity. Begin each session with an intention of what you wish to focus on during your cleansing ritual. Allow the powerful smoke to carry your desires and cleanse your energies. Place the lozenge in a fireproof container made of, for example, ceramic, cement or stone. Light the pastille with a lighter, match or over an open flame. You don't need carbon. Spread the smoke over the person, object or place you wish to cleanse and attract positive energies to. Wait for the residue to cool before throwing it away. The charcoal remains lit for up to 15 minutes after it has stopped emitting smoke.
