This fine-grained Himalayan salt is the purest form of salt, mined from the 250 million year old mountains of Pakistan. The salt is in its purest form without toxins or impurities and contains all the elements found naturally in the human body.

Himalayan salt revitalizes and regenerates the skin's pH balance. This salt is suitable for the preparation of a spa bath or for use in the nose pot (Neti).

Use 50 grams of bath salt for a spa bath.
Use 0.5 - 1 teaspoon of salt, diluted in lukewarm water for the nostrils.
